4 Ribeye pork (Rib) chops, 1-inch thick
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil, for brushing grill grate
1. Preheat grill at medium-high heat and brush grill grate with olive oil.
2. Season chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Place pork on grill for 8-9 minute, turning once at about 4 minutes.
4. Remove pork from grill, tent with foil and let rest for 3 minutes.
5. Serve chops with a spoonful of Pika Sauce.
